Here are the three exact steps I took and guided my clients to transform exhaustion into energy, feel fully present, and be optimally productive.
#1 – Figure out what foods are compatible with your body so your body can function at its potential.
You are unique. Your diet should be too. What works for one person will not necessarily work for you, and yet the world tells you that you should fit yourself into a specific framework. There is a difference between eating “clean” and eating what is compatible with your body. Eating right for your body will include healthy foods – but not every healthy food is suited for your body.
So how do you figure out what is compatible with your body?
By testing to see which foods your body responds best to and dialing in your macronutrient (protein, carb, and fat) ratios to ensure your body is getting what it needs every time you eat.
This change of diet will instantly boost your energy! The shift in diet will help show you the path to an energized life. Plus, it will reduce bloating and provide the nutrients your body needs to function at its potential!
When I discovered what foods were right for my body, I immediately started to have energy.
#2 – Uncover hidden healing opportunities and restore balance to your body’s systems.
The body is a complex network of systems, each doing an important job where the other systems depend on. When one system struggles, they are all affected.
Functional lab testing will help you see what systems in your body are out of balance and impacting each other, revealing your healing opportunities! These are NOT your typical blood tests. They are usually saliva, urine, and stool-based to show the physiological aspects of the body and how it is working or not working.

Have you ever noticed when you have a stressful day, your stomach gets upset, you feel joint pain, you can not sleep, or your skin breaks out?
Or when you eat certain foods and your body reacts in some way?
These reactions are your body talking to you, telling you it needs something.
I struggled with exhaustion for a long time. I know how it feels to be tired all the time and want to have some expletive energy. I also experienced health issues that contributed to my fatigue: chronic pain, digestive problems, and abdominal pain, menstrual issues, and more.
Looking back, I can see these symptoms were my body’s way of waving the red flag to get my attention and let me know something was wrong.
You can bring energy back into your life.
We have become accustomed to accepting common things as normal, but just because something is common does NOT mean it is normal.
Now if my body feels “off” in any way, I tune in, check to see what it needs, and give it just that.
It could mean eating something differently, canceling obligations to rest, scheduling time together with friends, getting some fresh air, hitting my workout hard or reducing the intensity of my exercise that day, or simply drinking some water. Whatever my body needs, I have its back, and it has mine.
Feeling tired all the time is not your destiny. The exhausted zombie you feel like is not you.
You can stop missing your life. You can get your energy back so that you can feel fully present, be optimally productive, and crush it in life.
