A West Point graduate, former Army Officer and Afghanistan Veteran, Laura has over 20 years of experience leading high-performing people and organizations, teaching, coaching, and speaking. Laura transitioned from the military after teaching at West Point. 

An award-winning educator, Laura is now a Health Detective, inspirational speaker, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, and Clarity Coach.  Known for her warmth, vibrant energy, transparency and ability to create emotional safety, Laura connects with and uplifts others, is naturally inclusive, creates community, and inspires joy and alignment.
