There are so many “best” diets out there.  And yet none of them work for 100% of everyone.

Because genetically and biochemically, every one of us has unique nutritional needs.

Did someone say something about a diet?

Do pandas go on diets?  

No.  A panda’s diet consists of bamboo, so that’s what this panda is eating.  Bamboo is her diet.  

Do sharks go on diets?  

No.  A shark’s diet consists of seals and sea lions, so that’s what a shark eats.  Seals are her diet.

Are you ON a diet?  Or does your diet consist of foods that fuel your body, meet your unique nutritional needs, and taste delicious?  

When you are “on” a diet, it implies that dieting is temporary, focused on what you can’t have based on things you don’t like about yourself, and focused on the scale – which honestly is not a real reflection of your health.  Or your value as a human being.

When you are consuming a diet of foods that fuel and satiate you, then eating healthy is part of a balanced lifestyle and a life-long commitment, focused on building habits that support your best self.    

Be like a panda.

Once we identify the who-done-it – the underlying reasons you’re exhausted and burned out – I develop for you a truly customized plan for restoring your energy and getting your life back.
